He has extensive experience in Research, strategy, consulting, Project innovations & design, monitoring & evaluation, reports & Publication financial and economic modeling.  He has served as Group Head of Research in First Bank Nigeria Plc, Research Manager at BGL Plc, Head of Research Consulting Division at Magnartis Finance & Investment Limited and Research Associate at Economic Associates Limited. Mr. Nwani has published several papers in international and local Journals and has attended several professional and academic trainings. He holds Master and Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the university of Ibadan and Port Harcourt respectively. BBA/ICC PRESIDENT

Background:  Bro. Leonard Ifedilichukwu Ogbonnia is a native of Obiuno village in Igboukwu, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State. He was born on March 30th, 1959 to the family of Chief Joseph and Mrs. Theresa Ogbonnia. He had his primary education at St. Patricks Primary School, Obiuno, between 1968 and 1973 after which he proceeded to St. Joseph Secondary School, Awka-etti, Idemili Local Government Area of Anambra State for his High School education in 1973 to 1978. He later went to the prestigious Lagos State University where he studied Political Science and graduated with a Second-Class (upper division) and as one of the best graduating students of his set of the institution.

Bro. Ogbonnia is a successful businessman who also possesses an unparallel leadership virtues and values that have manifested in different courageous but progressive exploits he has done. He is the M.D/CEO of Lithraco Int’l Ltd.

He founded the Balogun Business Association (BBA) in 1988. Between 1992 when the association was incorporated and 2005, he served as the Second Vice President of the association. The Balogun Business Association is the owner of the International Centre for Commerce (ICC) located at Trade Fair Complex, along Badagry Expressway, Lagos, hence the name BBA/ICC.

Popularly known as ‘Lithraco’, Bro. Ogbonnia manifested as a bridge-builder on different levels as he headed different reconciliatory committees to help resolve disputes. Worth mentioning is his revered capacity to broker peace during the BBA crises between 2005 and 2008. He is also the brain behind the drafting of the BBA constitution in 1992 and has headed subsequent amendment committees in 1994, 1998 and 2004.

On November 3rd 2011 Bro. Leonard was elected President of BBA/ICC in an election that is generally accepted as the freest, fairest and most credible in the history of the association. Though keenly contested, he won his opponents with a wide margin, hence, his earning of the name ‘the people’s president’.

The Growth Enhancement Support (GES) Program is a component of Transformation Agenda of the Federal  Government of Nigeria in the agriculture. It seeks to lift 20 Million poor farmers out of subsistence into self sufficiency from the 6 geopolitical zones in 36 months and leverages Cellulant’s E-wallet technology to create distribution and market efficiency in the value chain for Agro-Inputs. In 17 weeks, we covered 736 LGA, covering and got high yield agro-inputs into the hands of more than 700,000 farmers.

In 24 weeks during the 2012 wet season, we covered 754 LGAs out of the 774 LGAs, and got high yield agro-inputs into the hands of more than 1,200,000 farmers.  Delivery of program of this scale and at this speed is a first for Nigeria considering the fact that the entire agro-dealer network has to be rebuilt from scratch.

 Group Head, Commercial Services 

Innocent Okuku in his role as Group Head of Commercial Services at Notore Chemical Industries Limited oversees the strategy, structure, and execution of all aspects of marketing for the company. Key functions of the group under his purview include Sales, Marketing, Business Development and International markets as well the company’s efforts at championing a green revolution in Africa. Innocent holds a PhD in Crop Protection and has over 20 years experience in the agricultural industry.

He is very passionate about the development of Agriculture in Nigeria. Prior to joining Notore as Head of Agric Services in July 2008, Innocent served in several research and development roles in reputable organizations including the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, Ibadan, Nigeria; School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria and several Agricultural Development Projects in Nigeria including USAID and World Cocoa Foundation funded Sustainable Tree Crops Program (STCP), USAID-funded Sustainable Practices for Agriculture in Critical Environments (SPACE) and the USAID-funded Maximizing Agricultural Revenues and Key Enterprises in Targeted Sites (MARKETS) project in Nigeria. Innocent has also been involved in the development and delivery of several training curricula that focus on developing farmers’ capacity to improve the efficiency of their input use, productivity and profitability of their enterprises in many African countries. He is a master trainer of the Nigerian Agricultural Enterprise Curriculum and an associate of Making Cents International- Sysco Entrepreneurial Institute development program.

Over the last 3 years, Innocent has championed the establishment of the biggest private sector owned extension system in Nigeria- the Notore Village Promoter Scheme which has reached over 1.3million smallholder farmers in Nigeria with education on improved farming practices and appropriate farm inputs resulting in improved yields and livelihoods.

An active sportsman, Innocent is married with three children.

Musa Musa Jimoh

Musa Jimoh holds a BSc in Computer Engineering and MBA in Management Science. He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Enugu State University of Technology, and the Lagos Business School. He had worked in FSB International Bank as Head e-Banking Services and Systems Development group, in First Bank as Head of Application Development, in ValuCard Nigeria Plc as Group Head Information Technology and Operations. He currently works in the CBN as Deputy Director in charge of Payments System Policy and Oversight. He is married with children.


Chadril E. A. OgbeborChadril E. A. Ogbebor is a native of Bini from the ancient city of Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria

He has a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc.) in Computer Sciences as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Financial & Marketing Management) both from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. He has attended several Management Trainings from various local and international organizations. He has also attended various technical and project management trainings in Power Systems, Information & Communication Technologies, electronic payments and information systems securities, to mention but a few.

He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Computer Society (FNCS) as well as a Fellow of the Leadership for Environment And Development (LEAD) Nigeria (FLEAD – Nigeria). He is the winner of the Chief Isaac Akinmokun’s Academic Prize for the Best MBA Student in the Course – Business Policy, University of Benin, Benin City, 1994. He was a member of the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Technical Committee for the development of an Information & Communications Technology Standards in 2011.

Until the conclusion of the process of the privatization of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) Plc, he was the Assistant General Manager (Information Technology & Billing Operations) responsible for PHCN’s nationwide IT and Billing Operations’ Strategic Planning, Projects’ Conception & Management, Infrastructure Management, IT & Billing Process Development and re-engineering, etc

He is responsible and credited with the introduction of the the various electronic payment initiatives and products presently in the downstream sector of the Nigerian Power Sector, a journey which started in 2004 with the Easy Payment Solutions (EPS).

 Dr. Anthony Ekundayo Mobereola

Dr. Dayo Mobereola is the pioneer Managing Director of the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA), the Lagos State Agency charged with the overall planning and regulation of transport activities in the state.  He attended St Patrick’s Primary School, Yaba, Lagos from 1965-1971 and proceeded to St Patrick’s Grammar School, Orita Bashorun, Ibadan between 1972-1976 after which he left Nigeria for the United Kingdom for further studies.

A doctorate degree holder in Transport Economics with more that 18 years experience at a senior level in the transport sector in Eastern Europe, United Kingdom and Nigeria, Dr. Mobereola specialises in transport management, project management, corporate management and economic analysis, multimodal studies, congestion costs, econometric analysis of shipping and railway demand and behavioural impact on passenger travel among others.

The string of experience was indeed nurtured by various assignments he handled in the past. He had been Transport Finance Analyst for Chase Manhattan Bank, United Kingdom (1987-1989);SeniorEconomist, Corporate Planning Department of British Petroleum Shipping Limited, United Kingdom (1990-1995); and Senior Consultant, Ocean Shipping Consultants Limited, United Kingdom (1995-1997).

In 1997, Dr. Mobereola proposed, planned, negotiated and implemented a US$400 million joint venture container shipping line establishment between Abu Dhabi Investment Company and Norasia Shipping Co., Switzerland.  He was a team member of the Mayor of London study for integration of transport in the year 2000.

Chris ‘E. Onyemenam holds a B.Sc. (First Class Honours) degree and M.Sc. degree in Sociology, as well as LLB degree, all from the University of Lagos. He is a seasoned administrator and professional manager with about 30 years post qualification experience spanning various sectors, including Academics, Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, non-governmental and Consulting. Until his calling to public service, he was the Chief Economic Strategist and Head of Research, Economic Intelligence and Franchise Enhancement Group at Zenith Bank Plc. He was also the pioneer Executive Secretary and, later, Director Operations and Administration at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), where he participated actively in the development of major national policy initiatives under the platform of the annual Nigerian Economic Summit. Prior to this, Chris was the pioneer Executive Secretary of the Money Market Association of Nigeria. He was, at one time, the Permanent Secretary of the South African based African Business Roundtable (ABR). In 2006 he worked as the Secretary/Director General of the Secretariat of the Presidential Implementation Committee on the Implementation of Government decision on the Consumer Credit System Outsourcing Initiative and the Harmonisation of Identification Schemes in Nigeria. The visionary, excellent and thorough work of the Committee gave birth to the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), Nigeria.

Onyemenam is the pioneer Director General/CEO of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC). The Commission is currently implementing the National Identity Management System with the slogan: enrol once and be identified for life. Bar. Onyemenan has successfully launched a scheme aimed at leapfrogging Nigeria into the modern era of Identity Management rather than Identity Card issuance. Of note is the fact that Nigerian   are fully in charge of this.

Dr (Mrs.) T.F Ipaye was born on the 25th September, 1964 in Ibadan Oyo State to the Davies family. She completed her primary school in Ibadan after which she proceeded to Our Lady of Apostles Secondary Grammar School, Mary Way, Ago-Tailor Ibadan. She bagged her first degree in Education History from the prestigious University of Ife in 1985. Thereafter she rendered service to the Nation during the compulsory National Youth Service Corps in 1986 at the Lagos Anglican Girls Secondary as a teacher. Upon completion of her service year, she proceeded to the University of Lagos to acquire a Masters Degree in Educational Administration. In her quest for knowledge she went further to complete a Ph.D. programme in Educational Administration in 2008.

Dr Ipaye started her career as a teacher at the King Ado High School, Lagos Island in 1987. She worked as an Administrative officer at the Lagos State Polytechnic before transferring her services to the College of Medicine University of Lagos where she rose to the position of Principal Assistant Secretary. In 2009 she was appointed Deputy Registrar at The University of Lagos, a position she held till she became the Registrar of the University of Lagos in August, 2013.

Dr Ipaye has served in various committees outside her primary duties, these includes: Member OSUSTECH Administrative & Technical Staff Advisory Committee; Board Secretary, University of Lagos Women Society Nursery & Primary school; Vice-Chairman, ANUPA UNILAG Branch and General Secretary, University of Lagos Women Society where she pivoted challenging and transforming roles.

She is a member of several professional associations amongst which are Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators (ANUPA). She is an astute administrator per excellence who has delivered lectures/seminars both within and outside the country.
