He started his career in Banking Operations before moving into IT Audit Consulting in 1994 with EDP Audit & Security Associates where he consulted for Regulators, Multi National Companies and Banks. From Consulting, he moved into the Manufacturing Industry as Head, Information Technology of Honeywell Flour Mills, where he implemented the automation of the manufacturing plant. He is presently the Group Head of electronic Business at Unity Bank Plc Nigeria.

Adédèjì Olówè is the Divisional Head of e-Banking at Fidelity Bank plc where he is responsible for leading and implementing transformation programs that will make the bank deliver market leading Electronic Banking initiatives. Dèjì comes with a wealth of experience in Electronic Banking, Performance Management and Business Intelligence garnered from various top ranking financial institutions. He’s also a seasoned project manager having delivered large projects with proven multi-million dollar cost savings. He started his career with the erstwhile Standard Trust Bank as Internet Banking Relationship Manager. He then moved to Access Bank Plc. as the Head of Ebanking. There after he was at First City Monument Bank Plc. where he managed successful implementation of Infopool and Centralized Processing Center; these projects were of immense financial benefits to the bank. He was then head hunted to United Bank for Africa Plc. as part of the Performance Transformation team that took UBA to the pinnacle of performance management and business intelligence in Nigeria. He subsequently joined the team that rejuvenated the Ebanking business for UBA Group as the Group Head of Cards responsible for over 50 card products across 19 different countries.

Tunde’s professional experience has led him to establishing relations with the retail and corporate segment across the country, his wealth of experience has also come to bear in his current position as a Business Development Manager in Citiserve Limited focusing on IGR products, working with the three tiers ofgovernment, Parastatals, MDA’s and other corporate bodies.

Chinedu Onuoha is Head Channels Operations & Services at Access Bank. Prior to this role, Chinedu had been head of Mobile Financial Services and Corporate Solutions in the bank. Before joining Access Bank in 2007, Chinedu worked in SystemSpecs where he helped midwife the Remita platform. In a career spanning 15 years, he has also held other management positions in administration, product management and IT including Head of Information Technology Group at Guardian Express Bank (now Enterprise Bank). He is a Certified International Cards and Payments Professional.

Gavin Young is a seasoned bank professional with a proven track record in managing companies, subsidiaries of listed companies and geographical areas (Africa) with a specific focus on all areas of Electronic Banking; Issuing, acquiring, switching etc. Primary areas of specialisation include; payments switching and processing, developing and managing payment card schemes, terminal and other electronic infrastructure management and transaction processing, transaction acquiring networks and systems, and mobile payments. Gavin Young is entrepreneurial and skilled at building organisations and partnerships and alliances, formulating business strategy and negotiating business agreements. He was previously Head of Cards at UBA PLC and then developed and grew the Visa business across sub-Saharan African countries. He is presently the DMD Chams Mobile (the Chams Plc and Bancore Joint Venture in Nigeria) with the aim to provide millions of Nigerians with innovative mobile payment and money transfer technology. He is also well versed in the specifics of business transactions in Nigeria and other parts of Africa, having worked with banks, Central Banks and other private and public companies in approximately 20 African countries.
